The Flow:This 40-minute vinyasa yoga flow is designed to help everybody — beginners, pros, and everyone in-between — build a strong foundation for your yoga practice, release tension, and get grounded. It explores the basic principles of yoga and allows yogis of all levels to tune into a deeper sense of self through movement and meditation.
The Requirements: Your safety is our priority. Class will be limited to 25 men. We’ll also honor social distancing practices by placing our mats 6 feet apart from the yogis around us.
