March 30th, join RUN Hyde Park crew leader Kayla Jeter for a midweek evening wind down restorative movement class as we prepare for the Chicago outdoor run season kicking off April 6th. Expect to increase flexibility, improve mobility, and learn how to use different recovery modalities to help refresh your body & mind for a better run.
All we ask is that you show up filled with passion, move with purpose and be open to new possibilities.
In agreeance with the City of Chicago, we will be lifting the mask and vaccination mandate in our studio space. You may choose to wear a mask, but we will no longer be requiring it. We will continue to follow the decisions made by the city, should any changes occur.
